高校档案信息化建设是高校档案管理的必然趋势和唯一选择,究其原因有二:一是在信息时代,高校档案有进行信息化的客观需求;二是档案信息化建设有利于档案资料的保护和存储、有利于实现档案信息的多人、异地同时共享利用,有利于发挥档案的最大效益和价值。截至目前,有关高校档案信息化建设的理论研究如火如荼,各高校也在进行着档案信息化实践。但档案信息化建设是一项系统工程,任务艰巨而复杂,不是一蹴而就的。
