方志期刊应以为修志事业服务为主体任务。续修方志阶段,这一主体任务不能削弱,要保持方志期刊的指导性、学术性、资料性特色,在此基础上增加可读性与服务性。方志期刊的读者定位不可能是“广大读者”,应以广大方志工作者为主,兼顾其他有关读者,同时作者还指出了兼顾其他相关读者的现实意义。
Periodicals should take the service of self-cultivation as their main task. In the period of reworking the periodicals, the main task can not be weakened. It is necessary to maintain the guiding, academic and informational characteristics of periodical journals, and on the basis of this, increase readability and serviceability. It is impossible for readers to locate their periodicals to be readers. It should be based on a large number of local journalists and take into consideration other relevant readers. At the same time, the author also points out the practical significance of reconciling other relevant readers.
