In the sports teaching paradigm, the organization principle of sports training and its implementation method are expounded. The purpose of sports training is to enhance the physical strength and work-life of military personnel and to train them into a body capable of improving combat skills, enduring great physical exertion, and improving the body’s resistance to adverse effects on the outside world. Apart from contributing to the overall physical development and health promotion, troop sports training can ensure that personnel quickly and accurately grasp many items in combat coaches and thus enhance the combat effectiveness of the troops. The special conditions of modern military training and the special tasks of the military determine the type of sports training and its implementation methods. Inclusive training throughout the force’s training system, with various campaigns and forgery, ensures that new recruits are rapidly trained, while veterans will further enhance the constitution necessary for the effective performance of their job duties.
