本文叙述一种自适应天线波束形成的新技术,通过把自适应天线作为最小均方问题来分析,有可能建立在数据领域中工作的、围绕递归最小化过程的控制处理器。这就避免了所谓取样矩阵反演(SMI)法所要求的协方差矩阵估算的显式计算。本文还进一步指出在一个采用三角形收缩天线阵的有效管线结构中,如何才能执行最小均方处理算法。提出了计算机的模拟结果,它表明了这种新技术与取样反演矩阵相比较所具有的特点。
This article describes a new technique for adaptive antenna beamforming. By analyzing the adaptive antenna as the minimum mean-square problem, it is possible to establish a control processor that operates in the data area around recursion minimization. This avoids the explicit calculation of the covariance matrix estimation required by the so-called sampling matrix inversion (SMI) method. The paper further points out how to implement the least mean square algorithm in an efficient pipeline architecture with triangular constricted antenna arrays. The computer simulation results are presented, which show the characteristics of this new technique compared with the sampling inversion matrices.
