当前,可持续发展已经成为国际社会的共识,也是浦东新区经济社会发展的目标和动力之一。经过十八年的发展,浦东逐步构筑起外向型、多功能、现代化新城区的框架,同时也面临着制约发展的瓶颈。如何实现第二次跨越,顺利向知识经济和后工业阶段发展?这是国内其他地区没有碰到过的情况,也是浦东综合配套改革试图寻找的答案。
At present, sustainable development has become the consensus of the international community and one of the goals and motivations for economic and social development in Pudong New Area. After 18 years of development, Pudong gradually sets up the framework of an outward-oriented, multi-functional and modern new metropolitan area while facing the bottleneck restricting development.
