目前,茶树新梢可分为两类,一类是正常新梢,一类是不正常新梢,俗称对夹叶。这两类新梢都是制茶的原料。然而从成茶品质而言,由于对夹叶的有效化学成分含量较低,因而品质较差。目前对于对夹叶是采还是留的问题尚未有统一的看法。尽管主张只采不留者众多,但仍需从生物学的角度找到更充分的科学依据。笔者在进行两类新梢解剖特征比较和生理指标测定的基础上,初步提出“合理留养对夹叶”的观点,供讨论。材料与方法 1982年5月8日在江西省九江茶科所重修剪两年后的茶园内,选择形成时间相同,而展叶数不同的“宁州群体种”茶树春梢,在顶端第一叶完全展开时剪取叶片和嫩茎进行解剖观察。
