目的：探讨整体护理干预在肿瘤疼痛患者中的应用效果[1]。方法：选取2013年1月至2014年1月我院放疗科收治的肿瘤患者68例为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组34例采用常规方法护理[2]，观察组34例在住院期间进行整体的疼痛评估、用药的护理干预和观察。采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）对因肿瘤引起的疼痛患者干预前后的效果进行评价和比较。结果：观察组34例患者中除一例转院，一例中途出院 s 失察外，其余疼痛均得到了很好的控制。结论：在肿瘤合并疼痛的患者治疗过程中进行合理的整体护理干预可以减轻患者不适感，减少疼痛的相关并发症，从而提高患者的生存质量；提高护理满意度。“,”objective:To investigate the to holistic nursing intervention effect of [1]application in cancer patients with pain in the.Methods:from 2013 January to 2014 January in our hospital department of radiotherapy treated 68 cases of cancer patients as the research object,randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases in the control group received conventional nursing [2],observation of nursing and the observation group of34 cases of pain assessment,medication whole during hospitalization.Using a visual analogue scale (VAS)before and after the intervention of patients with pain induced by tumor effect evaluation and compar-ison.Results:in the observation group,34 patients except one were transferred,a case of Midway discharge s oversight,the rest of the pain all under good con-trol.Conclusion:the whole nursing intervention for treatment of patients with tumors in the patients with pain can relieve discomfort,reduce complications asso-ciated with pain,thereby improving the quality of life of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
