成人教育培训服务标准是规范成人教育培训机构办学行为、增强成人教育培训机构服务自律意识的技术支撑,也是依法监管和治理成人教育培训行业、净化成人教育培训市场的重要举措。为了推进我国成人教育培训机构诚信办学,提高成人教育培训服务质量,我国于2013年2月1日出台了《成人教育培训服务三项国家标准》(以下简称《三项国家标准》),《三项国家标准》的出台具有重要的现实意义。从六个方面对《三项国家标准》的价值进行分析考量,以期在实践中尽快推进《三项国家标准》的贯彻与实施,促进我国成人教育培训服务事业的健康发展。
