皖北是中原经济区的重要板块,发展程度制约着中原经济区的整体推进。产业结构不合理、层次低,市场运行不畅、经济活力不强,生产要素资源投入严重不足,区域协调政策机制不完善,生态环境恶化是制约皖北发展的障碍性因素。实现皖北跨越发展,必须充分借助中原经济区平台,助推皖北县域经济发展;以政策引领为发展导向,建设区域性物流商贸基地;以加快中原城市群发展为契机,打造皖北中心城市。
Northern Anhui is an important section of the Central Plains Economic Zone, the development of the Central Plains restricts the overall economic zone. Irrational industrial structure, low levels, poor market operation, weak economic vitality, serious shortage of resources in production factors, imperfect regional coordination and policy mechanisms, and deterioration of the ecological environment are the obstacles to the development of northern Anhui. In order to realize the leapfrog development in northern Anhui, we must make full use of the platform of the Central Plains Economic Area to boost the economic development in the northern part of Anhui. We should take policy guidance as the development orientation and build a regional logistics business base. Accelerating the development of the Central Plains urban agglomeration will create an opportunity to build a central city .
