事业单位不同于其他事业单位,事业单位在资金运行上需要国家支持,在财务管理上要求更加严格,为了有效避免国有资产的不正当使用,就需要完善事业单位财务管理工作,需要我国有针对性的制定事业单位财务制度,规范事业单位财务行为,提升事业单位工作效益。但伴随着我国市场经济的发展,税体制的改革,我国事业单位在财务管理工作也出现一些不足,本文针对目前我国事业单位财务管理的现状,进一步探索事业单位财务管理的有效措施。
