脑膜炎是较为常见且危及生命的急性感染性疾病。该病的影像学早诊断直接影响到临床早期治疗和疗效。随着医学影像技术的快速发展，影像学在脑膜炎的诊断中发挥着越来越重要的作用。不同影像学对脑膜炎的诊断具有各自的优缺点。近年来越来越多的证据表明，脑膜炎的影像学表现存在着复杂性和多样性，深入了解相关解剖学、病理生理学及流行病学对影像学早期正确诊断脑膜炎十分重要。“,”Abstact:Meningitis is a common fatal infectious disease.The early imaging diagnosis of meningitis directly affects the early treatment and curative effect.With the rapid development of medical imaging technology,it has been playing an increasingly important role in the diagnosis of meningitis.Different imaging examinations have own advantages and disadvantages.Recently,more and more evidence shows that the imaging features of meningitis are complex and various,therefore understanding the related a-natomy,pathophysiology and epidemiology is very important for the early and and accurate diagnosis.
