由于菌落变异和食品颗粒状物的不可避免,干扰了食品卫生检查中营养琼脂平板法菌落计数的准确性,为此作者以三苯基四氮唑(TTC)为菌落指示剂,研制了一种纸片培养基,并与GB4789-85标准规定营养琼脂平板法进行了对照观察,结果显示两种方法所得菌落计数结果间无显著性差别(P<0.05)。国标法培养时间为18—24h,而纸片法为16—18h。结果提示纸片法在结果准确性上与国标法基本一致,且操作方便,缩短了培养时间,尤其适合基层部队卫生部门用于日常卫生监督。
Due to the colony variation and the unavoidability of food pellet, the accuracy of aliquot of nutrient agar plate method in food hygiene inspection was disturbed.
