目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定β-榄香烯聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒(β-ELE-PBCA-NP)中主药含量的测定方法。方法色谱柱为DiamonsilTMC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(90:10),检测波长为210nm。结果β-榄香烯浓度在22.4~179.2μg/ml(r=0.9996)的范围内呈现良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为96.9%,RSD分别为1.7%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于β-ELE-PBCA-NP的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of the main drug in β-elemene polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles (β-ELE-PBCA-NP) by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The column was Diamonsil TMC18 (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (90:10) and the detection wavelength was 210nm. Results The concentration of β-elemene showed a good linearity in the range of 22.4-179.2 μg / ml (r = 0.9996). The average recovery was 96.9% and the RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the quality control of β-ELE-PBCA-NP.
