党的十八届四中全会指出,要推动全社会的法治意识的建立,这个过程中首先要求领导干部带头学法用法懂法和守法,而法律教育被列为党校教学中领导干部的必修课。根据中央的有关政策,本文首先分析了党校教育中法学教育的重要意义,在此基础上分析当前我国党校法学教育的现状。最后对如何提升我国党校法学教育质量提出了自己的观点。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out that in order to promote the establishment of the rule of law awareness in the whole society, the process calls for leading cadres to take the lead in learning the law and abide by the law, while legal education is listed as a required course for leading cadres in party school teaching . According to the relevant policies of the Central Government, this article first analyzes the significance of legal education in the education of party schools and analyzes the current situation of legal education in party schools in our country. Finally, it puts forward my own views on how to improve the quality of law education in our Party schools.
