测定了不饱和聚酯树脂、环氧树脂的溶解度参数(δ),研究了合成树脂的δ和其玻璃纤维增强塑料耐有机溶剂腐蚀性的关系。结果表明:合成树脂的δ可用以作为大致评定其玻璃纤维增强塑料耐有机溶剂腐蚀的依据。弱氢键溶剂的δ在11.8、中强氢键溶剂在9.9、强氢键溶剂在14.5(Cal/cm~3)~(1/2)左右时,对一般的热固性玻璃纤维增强塑料有较强的侵蚀作用。由于在不同氢键类型的溶剂中,树脂的δ是不相同的,因此用树脂的δ来评定其玻璃纤维增强塑料耐有机溶剂性时,必须注意溶剂氢键的强弱。
The solubility parameters (δ) of unsaturated polyester resin and epoxy resin were measured. The relationship between δ and the organic solvent resistance of glass fiber reinforced plastic was studied. The results show that the δ of the synthetic resin can be used as the basis for roughly assessing the resistance of organic glass to its resistance to organic solvents. The δ of the weak hydrogen bond solvent is 11.8, the strong hydrogen bond solvent is 9.9, and the strong hydrogen bond solvent is about 14.5 (Cal / cm ~ 3) ~ (1/2), which is stronger for general thermosetting glass fiber reinforced plastics The erosion effect.
