企业在快速发展的同时,经营风险也相应增加,如何从源头上堵塞管理漏洞、及时化解各种潜在风险,效能监察就成为企业管理的重要抓手。本文对效能监察在企业管理中的重要性、必要性、可行性进行了深入研究。效能监察是企业管理的永恒主题,是企业科学发展的必要要求,更是目前企业经营管理和党风廉政建设的当务之急。强化企业效能监察工作必须多措并举、抓好落实。
