目的探讨有眼外肌手术史的孔源性视网膜脱离采用改良的外路手术治疗的可行性及技巧。方法收集河南省人民医院眼科2015年1月—2017年3月收治的6例有不同眼外肌手术史的视网膜脱离患者,采用改良的外路手术治疗,包括改变扣带的形状和缝合的方式、位置,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果病例包括斜视术后2例,后巩膜加固术后2例,视网膜脱离巩膜外透热手术后1例,巩膜破裂伤缝合术后1例,均采用改良的巩膜扣带术,术后网膜平复,视力恢复,术中术后均未见并发症。结论改良的外路手术可以成功治疗有眼外肌手术史的简单视网膜脱离,并发症少,预后好。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and technique of modified extra-operative surgical treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with history of extraocular muscle surgery. Methods Six patients with retinal detachment who underwent ophthalmic muscle surgery from January 2015 to March 2017 were enrolled in this study. The patients underwent modified external beam surgery, including changing the shape of the cingulate and the method of suture , The location of its clinical data for retrospective analysis. Results The cases included 2 cases of strabismus, 2 cases of posterior scleral reinforcement, 1 case of retinal detachment after scleral external hyperthermia, and 1 case of scleral rupture after suture. All patients underwent scleral buckling, Smooth, visual acuity, intraoperative and postoperative complications were not seen. Conclusion The modified extraoral surgery can successfully treat the simple retinal detachment with history of extraocular muscle surgery with few complications and good prognosis.
