“呼唤”是个体对目标追求的内心认同与强烈渴望,实现呼唤能使个体体验到更多的工作意义、个人使命与真实自我。随着心理学、组织行为学和社会学对呼唤研究的深入,呼唤的存在状态(呼唤找寻、呼唤感知、呼唤实现)及其相互关系和影响作用引起了研究者的极大兴趣。本文根据最新研究成果,对呼唤的存在状态及其相互关系以及影响结果和影响因素进行了分析,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
“Calling ” is the innermost approval and strong desire of the individual to pursue the goal. The calling can make the individual experience more work, personal mission and true self. As psychology, organizational behavior and sociology to call the research in depth, the existence of calling (call to find, call for awareness, call for realization) and its relationship and influence has aroused great interest of researchers. Based on the latest research results, this paper analyzes the status of existence and its interrelationship as well as the impact and influencing factors, and prospects the future research direction.
