种子是农业生产必需的基本生产资料,安全贮藏保管种子,对于以丰补歉,平衡种子余缺具有十分重要的现实意义。但大量建造冷库,费用大,不利县级推广。为此,我们引进了北京农学院王惠民教授研究的种子安全贮藏技术,通过一年实践,取得了十分满意的效果。种子安全贮藏技术的应用过程 1991年5月,我们按照种子安全贮藏技术要求购进了11台套去湿降温机组,改装简易隔热密封仓库2栋共750平方米,贮存杂交稻种子90万公斤,一般堆高12~14个麻袋,每堆约10~15万公斤。种子从1991年5月27日开始进库,到6月10日入库完毕,去湿降温机组开始运行。至10月22日库内温湿度与外界基本稳定,停止机组运行,总共运行749小时。机组运行期间,每月各库分堆定点定位调查上中、下各层种子含水量及发芽率。每天开机、关机通过仪表记载库内温、湿度变化情况。
Seeds are the essential means of production necessary for agricultural production. Seeds from May 27, 1991 into the library, to the June 10 storage is completed, desiccant cooling unit began operation. To October 22, the temperature and humidity in the library basically stable with the outside world, stop unit operation, a total of 749 hours of operation. During the operation of the unit, the monthly sub-pile locations were surveyed to investigate the seed moisture content and germination rate at middle and lower strata.
