连铸机的辊列配置是连铸机设计中的核心,它直接影响到铸机的产量及铸坯的质量,还影响铸机机械的优化及水系统的设计。过去国内连铸机辊列配置设计,一般是根据一些经验公式和数据用手算的方法完成,计算的参数有限,不但费事,计算精度也差。近年来,国内一些单位在这方面曾尝试用计算机计算,但都局限于某一部分,如铸坯表面温度、坯壳厚度及喷水量等少数参数。对此,我们对日本日立造船公司提供的板坯连铸机辊列配置计算
