1病例介绍例1:男,48岁,因头晕、心慌确诊为冠心病1 a于1999年4月来诊。患者长期服用CPT、心痛定等药物。体检:BP 15.96/10.64 kPa。皮肤及黏膜呈绛红色,尤以双颊、四肢、手掌及指趾最为显著。四肢末端皮肤温度低,表浅淋巴结不大。双肺呼吸音清,心脏各瓣膜区无杂音。腹软,无包块
Case description 1: Male, 48 years old, diagnosed with coronary heart disease due to dizziness and palpitation 1 a Visits in April 1999. Long-term use of patients with CPT, nifedipine and other drugs. Medical examination: BP 15.96 / 10.64 kPa. The skin and mucous membranes were magenta, especially in the cheeks, limbs, palms and fingers toe the most significant.
