目的:研究绞股蓝大孔树脂分离物对二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的清除作用。方法:将绞股蓝水煮醇沉的提取物用大孔树脂分离,依次以H2O,40%乙醇,80%乙醇洗脱,得到相应的分离物;采用DPPH自由基体系法测定其抗氧化活性,并与没食子酸、抗坏血酸进行比较。同时,测定各分离物中总皂苷的相对含量。结果:绞股蓝80%乙醇,40%乙醇,H2O分离产物对DPPH自由基的半数抑制浓度分别为0.081 2,0.028 7,0.541 0g·L-1。40%乙醇分离物中皂苷的相对含量最高。结论:绞股蓝不同溶剂大孔树脂分离物均有抗氧化活性,其中40%乙醇分离物的抗氧化性最强。预示绞股蓝皂苷是降脂、降糖以及清除自由基的可能活性物质。
Objective: To study the scavenging effect of Gypenophilus gypenophila extract on free radical scavenging of diphenyl picrylhydrazide (DPPH). Methods: The extract of Gynostemma pentaphyllum was separated by macroporous resin, followed by H2O, 40% ethanol and 80% ethanol to get the corresponding isolate. The antioxidant activity was determined by DPPH free radical system Compared with gallic acid, ascorbic acid. At the same time, the relative content of total saponins in each isolate was determined. Results: The half inhibitory concentrations of 80% ethanol, 40% ethanol and H2O on the DPPH free radical of Gynostemma pentaphyllum were 0.081, 2.0.028 7 and 0.541 0g · L-1.40%, respectively. Conclusion: Gynostemma pentaphyllum macroporous resin isolates have antioxidant activity, of which 40% ethanol isolate has the strongest antioxidant activity. Propagation of gypenosides is a potential lipid-lowering, hypoglycemic and free radical scavenging active substances.
