牵牛花综合征由Kiadler于1970年首次描述。继而国内外文献均有报告,国内自1984年今已有报告20余例,现将本组3例报告如下。例1,男,31岁。以右眼视力下降6年为主诉就诊本科。眼部检查:右眼远、近视力均0.1,不能矫正。眼位正常,屈光间质无异常。眼底检查:视乳头较正常视乳头大2.5倍,中央有一凹陷,乳头表面被一层灰白色膜样组织遮盖,其周围有环形视网膜脉络膜萎缩灶,从乳头发出20余条细小而平直的血管,伸向周边
