用脱泥-浮选方法对低品位石煤矿进行钒的预富集。通过X荧光光谱分析(XRF)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM-EDS)方法对该矿进行矿物组成及微观结构分析。结果表明,在酸性条件下,使用醚胺(EA)作为捕收剂可以将石煤中含钒矿物与脉石矿物进行分离。通过脱泥-浮选流程,最终得到的钒精矿中五氧化二钒的品位为1.88%,回收率为76.58%,并且抛除了72.51%的尾矿。对低品位石煤矿进行钒的预富集,可以提高五氧化二钒的品位,降低耗酸物质的含量及冶炼成本。
Pre-enrichment of vanadium in low-grade stone coal mines by deslurrying-flotation. The mineral composition and microstructure of the ore were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM-EDS). The results show that vanadium minerals and gangue minerals can be separated from stone coal by using etheramine (EA) as the collector under acidic conditions. Through the deslurry-flotation process, vanadium pentoxide grade vanadium is finally obtained with a grade of 1.88%, a recovery of 76.58% and a slack of 72.51%. The pre-enrichment of vanadium in low-grade stone coal mines can increase the grade of vanadium pentoxide, reduce the content of acid-consuming substances and the smelting cost.
