2008年年初,《温州日报》和温州市委、市政府11个部门联合推出“改革开放30年风云温商百人榜”大型系列评选活动。期间群众短信投票215万票,网友投票多达3010万票,报纸读者投票50万份,带来良好社会效益的同时,也获得可观的经济效益,广告发行收入300多万元,短信收入200多万元。2009年9月24日,《温州日报》以2009“风云温商”对话“经济名家”暨风云温商共同宣言盛典的名义,进行了颁奖,又创造了200多万元的经济效益。由此可见,一个富有创意的策划可以带来十分显著的效益。
