教学计划是完成培养目标的主要依据,为提高助教进修班教学计划的科学性和实效性,完成培养目标的任务,作者进行了大量的调查和访问,并吸取了兄弟院校经验,经研究、论证了原教学计划,制订了新的助教进修班教学计划。经实践证明该研究所提出的助教进修班的培养目标、任务、专业设置,课程时数和安排、培养方式、考核等是可行的。它不仅对完善助教进修班教学计划有一定参考价值,而且对提高助教进修班教学质量具有现实意义。
The teaching plan is the main basis for completing the training objectives. In order to improve the scientific and practical teaching plan of the teaching assistant program and accomplish the task of training objectives, the author conducted a large number of investigations and interviews and learned the experience of brother colleges. After studying, Demonstrated the original teaching plan, developed a new teaching program for teaching aids. The training objectives, tasks, professional settings, the number of hours and arrangements of courses, training methods, assessment and so on are all practicable after the practice has proved that the research institutes proposed. It not only has a certain reference value to improve the teaching plan of teaching assistant, but also has practical significance to improve teaching quality of teaching assistant.
