全球经济一体化于20世纪后半叶蓬勃兴起,它为中国经济建设提供了极好的机遇。我国西部地区抓住了这个历史性机遇,分阶段多形式地吸引海外资金,外资的引入为西部发展提供了强大的活力。但是由于西部地区本身的地域特征、硬软投资环境以及政策上的倾斜等因素,使得外资引入在产业结构上和质量规模上极度不合理,在外资的区位选择上与东部相较又处于劣势,导致资源浪费和投资形象恶化。本文结合理论分析,对西部地区引入外资的现状进行阐述,最后提出西部地区引进外资时应该注意的问题以及政策指导。
Global economic integration thrived in the second half of the 20th century and provided excellent opportunities for China’s economic construction. The western region of China has seized this historic opportunity, attracting overseas funds in a multi-stage and multi-stage manner, and the introduction of foreign capital has provided a strong vitality for the development of the western region. However, due to the geographical features of the western region itself, the hard-soft investment environment and the policy bias, the introduction of foreign capital is extremely irrational in terms of industrial structure and quality. Compared with the eastern region, foreign capital is at a disadvantage. Lead to waste of resources and investment image deterioration. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper elaborates the current situation of the introduction of foreign capital in the western region, and finally puts forward the problems that should be noticed in the introduction of foreign capital in the western region as well as the policy guidance.
