目的分析罗湖区2008年孕产妇梅毒流行病学特征,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法对罗湖区开展免费筛查妊娠梅毒的12家医疗单位收集的妊娠梅毒疫情信息数据进行统计分析。结果2008年罗湖区共检出妊娠梅毒83例,患病率为4.7‰。28周前产检发现阳性者占多数(为67.5%),说明孕妇对产前检查较为重视;83例阳性全部为潜伏梅毒,其中潜伏期不详的隐性梅毒最多(占90.4%),与梅毒发病的隐匿性及近年来抗生素的广泛应用有关;发病年龄集中在21~35岁(占90.4%),为性活跃年龄段;已婚者居多(占86.7%);传染来源全部为性接触传播,以婚前性接触感染为主(占66.3%);户籍类型以暂住为主(占80.7%),职业以无业及商贸、服务业为多(占74.7%),学历以中学为主(占77.1%),说明罗湖区流动低学历人群成为梅毒多发人群及主要传染源。结论根据罗湖区孕产妇梅毒的流行病学特征,应继续加大性病防治知识宣传教育力度,尤其是加大对孕妇人群的性健康教育和行为干预,同时进一步加强孕妇梅毒疫情监测等综合性防治措施,以有效遏制梅毒的母婴传播和流行。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of syphilis among pregnant women in Luohu district in 2008 and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and treatment strategies. Methods Statistical data of epidemic situation of syphilis in pregnant women collected from 12 medical institutions in Luohu district for screening free of pregnancy syphilis were statistically analyzed. Results In 2008, 83 cases of syphilis were detected in Luohu district, with a prevalence of 4.7 ‰. The main types of dwellings were temporary dwellings (80.7%), unemployed and business trades, service industries (74.7%), secondary education (77.1% ), Indicating that low-level migrants in Luohu District have become the major source of syphilis and syphilis. Conclusion According to the epidemiological characteristics of syphilis among pregnant women in Luohu District, publicity and education on STD prevention and treatment knowledge should be further strengthened, especially for sexual health education and behavioral intervention in pregnant women, and to further strengthen the comprehensive prevention and control of syphilis among pregnant women Measures to effectively curb the transmission and prevalence of mother-to-child syphilis.
