科学技术研究成果是广大科学技术工作者劳动的结晶,是全国人民的重要财富。及时地交流和推广应用科学技术研究成果对促进四个现代化,加速社会主义建设具有重大作用。为了加强科学技术研究成果的管理工作,特制订本办法。(一)本办法所说的科学技术研究成果共分三类:(1)科研成果自然科学方面的具有创造性的理论研究成果。(2)技术成果,是使生产多快好省的新技术、新方法、新产品、新工艺。(3)重大科学技术研究项目的阶段性成果。
