目的:观察肾衰排毒胶囊对慢性肾衰2-3期微炎症状态的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组。对照组30例,以常规西医疗法治疗。治疗组30例,在对照组治疗的基础上,给予肾衰排毒胶囊(黄芪、大黄、五灵脂、蒲黄等)3粒/次,3次/d。观察两组的临床疗效,Scr、BUN、CRP、ALB、Hb、TNF、IL-6指标的变化。结果:慢性肾衰2-3期患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF等炎性因子水平升高,两组治疗前后比较,治疗组肾功改善,hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF炎性因子较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义。结论:慢性肾衰患者存在微炎症状态,肾衰排毒胶囊能改善慢性肾衰2-3期微炎症状态。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenshuai Detox capsule on microinflammatory state of chronic renal failure in stage 2-3. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. Conclusion: There are micro-inflammatory states in patients with chronic renal failure, renal failure Detox capsule can improve micro-inflammatory state of 2-3 stages of chronic renal failure.
