以昆明种系雄性小白鼠为实验对象,研究了低频磁场对系统耐力训练小鼠腓肠肌和肝脏蛋白质代谢的影响。将小鼠随机分为四组,即安静组(Sed)、运动组(Tm)、安静加低频磁场组(SLM)、运动加低频磁场组(TLM)。每组又分为Ⅰ和Ⅱ两小组,Ⅰ为安静状态处理组,Ⅱ为力竭运动后即刻处理组。部分TmⅡ组和TLMⅡ组小鼠力竭运动后按其原处理方式恢复24小时后处理,设为24小时恢复组。Tm、TLM两组均以40分钟/日开始训练,以10分钟/周递增负荷游泳训练3周。TLM组每天运动后曝磁30分钟,SLM组每天相应时间曝磁30分钟,Sed组和Tm组分别在相应时间处于无磁场的相似环境中30分钟。结果发现SLM组、TLⅠ组的肝脏蛋白质含量分别高于相应的Sed组、TmI组,且前二者差异显著(P<0.05);24小时恢复后,TLM组的肝脏蛋白质含量显著高于Z4小时恢复后的Tm组和TLMI组(P<0.01);SLMI组、24小时恢复后TLM组肝脏DNA、NM含量,分别显著高于SedI组、TLMI组和24小时恢复的Tm组(P<0.01:Pl:0.仍)0ntMD组腓肠肌蛋白质含量分别显著低于TuMI组(P<0.01)和TmD组(P<0.05):2?
The effects of low frequency magnetic field on gastrocnemius muscle and hepatic protein metabolism in mice with endurance training were studied in Kunming male mice. The mice were randomly divided into four groups: Sed, Tm, SLM and TLM. Each group was divided into two groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ, Ⅰ for the quiet state treatment group, Ⅱ for the exhaustive exercise immediately after treatment group. Part of Tm Ⅱ group and TLM Ⅱ group mice exhausted after exercise according to the original treatment 24 hours after treatment, set to 24 hours recovery group. Both Tm and TLM groups started training at 40 minutes / day, and three-week training at increasing load for 10 minutes / week. The TLM group was exposed to magnetism for 30 minutes every day after exercise. The SLM group was exposed to magnetism for 30 minutes every day correspondingly. The Sed group and the Tm group were respectively exposed to similar conditions without magnetic field for 30 minutes at the corresponding time. The results showed that the liver protein content in SLM group and TLI group were higher than those in Sed group and TmI group respectively (P <0.05), and the liver protein content in TLM group was significantly higher than that in TLM group The levels of DNA and NM in the TLM group were significantly higher in the TLMI group than those in the SedI group, TLMI group and Tm group (P <0.01) after 24 hours recovery in TMI group and TLMI group (P <0.01) The protein content of gastrocnemius in 0ntMD group was significantly lower than that in TuMI group (P <0.01) and TmD group (P <0.01)
