探讨噬茵体空斑法快速鉴定技术在金霉素发酵中的应用。采用双层琼脂平板法检测噬菌体,观察空斑数。对所有经噬茵体空斑法检测的样品进行电镜检测,其重复符合率为87%。噬茵体空斑法具有灵敏度高、特异性强、重复性好的特点,而且方法简单、快速,无需贵重仪器,可以应用于金霉素发酵噬菌体的常规检查。
To explore the rapid identification of phage plaque technology in chlortetracycline fermentation. Phage were detected by double-layer agar plates and the number of plaques was observed. All the samples tested by phage plaque detected by electron microscopy, the coincidence rate was 87%. The phage plaque method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, strong specificity and good repeatability. The method is simple, rapid and requires no expensive instruments and can be applied to the routine examination of chlortetracycline-producing bacteriophages.
