The Internet has undergone a process of developing and evolving new media since its commercialization in China for 13 years. The emergence of the concept of Web2.0 marks that the development of new media on the Internet has entered a new phase. Traditional media divides the world into two camps: producers and consumers. People are not the author or the reader, neither the broadcaster or the viewer, nor the performer or appreciator. This is a typical one-to-many transmission. The new media, on the other hand, is transmitted in a many-to-many manner. This not only gives everyone the opportunity to hear, but also to say the conditions. Internet new media has some advantages that traditional media can not match: massive storage of information, three-dimensional presentation of news background, and personalized service. Different from the traditional media, the most important feature is the fundamental change in the mode of transmission, from one point to multipoint transmission to multipoint to multipoint communication, to achieve an unprecedented interaction, as the new media into the Internet
