一、关于官员、名人题词是否入志的问题胡乔木同志在全国地方志第一次工作会议上的讲话中指出:“打开这本书后,首先出现的不是序言,也不是目录,首先是大批的题词”.他认为,“地方志不是发表题词的地方”.而有些志界同仁对题词入志问题有片面的认识:一种认为凡是题词一概不入志,一种认为题词完全可以入志.笔者认为,题词的入志与不入志,要视其题词质量和位置而定,不能一概而论.一是要正确理解胡乔木
