病历摘要患者男,35岁.因左上腹肿块伴发热,疼痛2~+月于1987年8月28日入院.病后纳差,乏力,消瘦.半月来包块增大迅速,持续高热.体检:T38.3℃,消瘦贫血貌,巩膜皮肤无黄染,全身浅表淋巴结无肿大.左上腹包块下界平脐,界清,质硬具压痛,活动度差.移动性浊音(十).辅助检查:血WBC6.2×10~9/L,分类正常,Hb98克/L,Tc100×
