为了了解儿童体内钙的含量及钙代谢情况,克服给婴幼儿抽血的困难,保健人员及临床医生常常测定发钙。但发钙值是否能说明儿童体内钙代谢的现实情况,目前尚有所争议。我们为了了解发钙与血清钙的相关性,在黑河市第一人民医院儿科普测发微量元素时,随机抽样检测了200例血清钙。现将调查结果报告如下:
