目的:了解绍兴镜湖国家湿地公园钉螺生长繁殖情况,为血吸虫病风险评估和预警策略制定提供依据。方法:通过模拟钉螺在自然环境中生长繁殖的方法,在镜湖国家湿地公园内划定一区域进行为期1年的现场模拟实验,观察钉螺的存活率和繁殖情况。结果:在投放390对钉螺的10只螺笼内,共回收钉螺1 542颗,其中,活钉螺987颗,死钉螺555颗。结论:镜湖国家湿地公园适宜日本血吸虫中间宿主钉螺的生长与繁殖,一旦有外来物种携带钉螺,就会存在钉螺孳生的风险,仍须加强监测与预警。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the growth and reproduction of Oncomelania snails in Jinghu National Wetland Park in Shaoxing, and to provide the basis for the risk assessment and early warning strategy of schistosomiasis. Methods: By simulating the growth and reproduction of Oncomelania snail in natural environment, a field experiment was conducted in Jinghu National Wetland Park for one year to observe the survival rate and reproduction status of Oncomelania snails. Results: A total of 1 542 snails were collected from 10 of the 390 pairs of snails, of which 987 live snails and 555 dead snails. Conclusions: The Jinghu National Wetland Park is suitable for the growth and reproduction of snails of Schistosoma japonicum, an intermediate host for S. japonicum. Once alien species carry snails, there is a risk of snail breeding, and monitoring and early warning should be strengthened.
