如果打开近七年来首都民兵建设大事纪,张朝这个名字出现的频率一定是很高的:1997年7月,张朝被任命为石景山区人武部部长;1998年,石景山区人武部办公大楼破土,人武部将告别都市里的黑暗,走出首钢烟囱下煤烟笼罩的历史;1999年国庆阅兵,张朝任男民兵方队队长,出色地组织了民兵阅兵方队;2000年10月,首都防空演习,张朝组织惟一一支民兵防空队参加演习,受到军委、总部领导称赞和军区通报表扬;2003年,张朝作为卫戍区先进人武干部,被推举到军队媒体进行宣传……揭去的日历留下了太多的辉煌,短暂的经历凝结了太多的奋斗,解读张朝,我们听到的是一个人武干部用忠诚谱写的奋斗乐章。
