医院财务档案是指医院在从事医疗、科研、教学以及防护时遗留下来的记载财务收支状况的有效资料,同时,它也是医院做出下一步计划并采取措施的重要依据,它在影响医院发展的众多因素中占据主要地位。当下,我国医院财务档案管理工作中还存在着很多问题,比如:财务档案所属案卷质量低下;对财务档案的收集、整理以及装订没有明确的规定;财务档案的安全性和保密性没有得到有效保障;很多医院没有专门的档案管理机构等。这些问题严重阻碍医院的发展,本文就医院财务档案管理工作的有效措施展开论述。
