目的:探讨宁心汤对高血压性心脏病左室舒张功能(LVDD)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法:选符合纳入标准的高血压性心脏病患者65例,随机分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上,予宁心汤;对照组仅予西医常规治疗,疗程6个月。结果:两组综合疗效比较,治疗组LVDD明显改善,hs-CRP水平明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:宁心汤联合西医常规治疗高血压性心脏病患者,其左室舒张功能改善即改善左室舒张末期心肌的顺应性、降低超敏C反应蛋白含量,疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Ningxin Decoction on left ventricular diastolic function (LVDD) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with hypertensive heart disease. Methods: Sixty-five patients with hypertensive heart disease who were included in the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group on the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine, to Ning heart soup; control group only conventional treatment of Western medicine, treatment for 6 months. Results: Compared with the two groups, the LVDD and the hs-CRP in the treatment group were significantly decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Ningxin Decoction combined with Western routine treatment of hypertensive heart disease, improve left ventricular diastolic function that is to improve left ventricular end-diastolic myocardial compliance and reduce the content of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, the effect is better than the simple western medicine routine treatment.
