在实验的基础上建立了快速测定选厂流程样品中锌量的方法。对共存离子干扰的影响、加标回收实验以及精密度、准确度试验进行了探讨。结果表明,本方法的加标回收率在97.13%~103.56%之间,RSD(n=10)在0.01%~3.32%之间,方法适用于选厂流程样、铜锌矿石及含镉锌矿中锌量的测定,经标准试样及外部比对验证,分析结果可靠、稳定,测定方法快速,能满足生产流程控制要求。
On the basis of the experiment, a rapid method for determining the amount of zinc in the process sample was established. The influence of coexisting ion interference, spike recovery test, precision and accuracy test were discussed. The results showed that the spiked recoveries of this method ranged from 97.13% to 103.56% and RSD (n = 10) ranged from 0.01% to 3.32% The determination of zinc content, the standard sample and external comparison verification, the analysis results are reliable, stable, rapid determination of methods to meet the production process control requirements.
