目的 :探讨国产珊瑚多孔羟基磷灰石 (coralporoushydroxyapatite ,CHA)人工骨板整复眼眶骨缺损的效果及安全性。方法 :将规格为 2 0 0um孔径的内联多孔CHA板块植入眶骨缺损处。结果 :2 8例均获得满意效果。结论 :CHA板块是一种良好的骨替代材料 ,明显优于自体骨及其它人工材料。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of domestic coral porous hydroxyapatite (CHA) artificial bone in the repair of orbital bone defects. METHODS: In-line porous CHA plates with a size of 200 μm were implanted into the orbital bone defect. Results: All 28 patients achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion: CHA plate is a good bone substitute material, which is obviously superior to autologous bone and other artificial materials.
