为什么要分成何杰金氏病与非何杰金氏淋巴瘤?因为这两种淋巴瘤之间有三点不同之处。 第一,何杰金氏病的组织相常是混合细胞成份,非何杰金氏淋巴瘤常是单一细胞成份,如同其他癌瘤一样。第二,何杰金氏病的发展,播散过程常是可以预料到的,向其邻近的部位逐步播散。例如。从颈部→锁上→腋窝或纵隔障→远处组织逐渐扩散发展。非何杰金氏淋巴瘤的扩散常常是不可预料的,可以从一个部位的淋巴组织向任何其他部位的淋巴组织扩散,甚至扩散到淋巴组织以外的部位。第三,长期以来对何杰金氏病我们不明确它的恶性细胞是哪一种?而非何杰金氏淋巴瘤的恶性细
Why is Hodgkin’s disease and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma? Because there are three differences between these two lymphomas. First, Hodgkin’s disease is often a mixture of cellular components. Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma is often a single cell component, as does any other cancer. Second, the development of Hodgkin’s disease and the dissemination process are often predictable and have gradually spread to neighboring areas. E.g. From the neck → lock → armpit or mediastinal → distant tissue gradually spread. The proliferation of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma is often unpredictable and can spread from one part of the lymphoid tissue to any other part of the lymphoid tissue and even to sites other than lymphoid tissue. Thirdly, we have not been clear about what kind of malignant cells is Hodgkin’s disease for a long time, rather than the malignant nature of Hodgkin’s lymphoma
