推导了复杂应力状态下碳纤维智能层的压阻本构方程.利用仿真实验数据对碳纤维智能层电阻率层析成像系统的有效性进行了验证.图像重建结果表明,在复杂应力状态下,智能层具有良好的传感特性.通过与被监测结构的第一、第二主应变对比,发现智能层高电阻率区分布在高应力应变区,低电阻率区分布在低应力应变区.电阻率的分布可以定性地反映结构的力场.验证了碳纤维智能层电阻率层析成像系统是有效性的.
The piezoresistive constitutive equations of the carbon fiber intelligent layer under complex stress conditions are deduced.The validity of the carbon fiber intelligent layer resistivity tomography system is verified by simulation data.The results of image reconstruction show that in the complex stress state, And has good sensing characteristics.Compared with the first and second principal strain of the monitored structure, it is found that the high resistivity zone of intelligent layer is distributed in high stress-strain zone and the low resistivity zone is in low stress-strain zone. The distribution can qualitatively reflect the force field of the structure, verifying that the carbon fiber intelligent layer resistivity tomography system is effective.
