【目的】比较不同葡萄糖代谢状态的肥胖儿童血糖血脂差异,为临床诊治提供参考依据。【方法】选择肥胖儿童132例,根据口服葡萄糖耐量试验情况分为三组,比较不同组别肥胖儿童的体质指数、血糖及血脂。【结果】组2高胰岛素血症组胰岛素抵抗程度最明显,组3糖代谢异常组β细胞的分泌指数降低。【结论】肥胖儿童高胰岛素血症期出现胰岛素明显抵抗,且胰岛素分泌功能无明显异常,此阶段应积极干预。
【Objective】 To compare the difference of blood glucose and blood lipid between obese children with different glucose metabolism status and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. 【Methods】 132 obese children were selected and divided into three groups according to the oral glucose tolerance test. Body mass index, blood glucose and blood lipids were compared among different groups of obese children. 【Results】 The insulin resistance of group 2 hyperinsulinemia was the most obvious, and the secretion index of β-cell of group 3 was abnormal. 【Conclusion】 Obesity in children with hyperinsulinemia appears insulin resistance significantly, and insulin secretion was not abnormal, this stage should be actively intervened.
