为提高南海近海渔场春季清澜鱼汛的捕获量,及时向海洋渔业生产指挥部门提供大面积的渔海况环境信息速报,国家海洋环境预报中心与海洋技术研究所合作,于1994年7月6日利用国家海洋局在“七五”期间建立的航空遥感监测速报系统,对南海海南岛附近海域进行了飞行监测试验。根据所测数据及时对监测海域的表层海水温度状况进行了分析,依据现场海况与渔况的关系,比较准确地预测了渔发旺区,及时地提供给渔业生产指挥部门,取得了较好的预测效果
In order to improve the catch of the Qinglan fishing flood in the coastal fishery of the South China Sea in a timely manner and provide a large-scale quick release of the environmental information on the fishing sea conditions to the marine fishery production command department, the National Marine Environmental Forecasting Center, in cooperation with the Institute of Marine Technology, Japan conducted the flight monitoring test of the sea near Hainan Island in the South China Sea using the aviation remote sensing monitoring and reporting system established by the State Oceanic Administration during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan”. Based on the measured data, the status of surface seawater temperature in the monitoring sea area was analyzed in time.
