首先对于《社会工作》杂志一行来到上海表示欢迎。《社会工作》杂志一直以来,对上海社会工作发展的宣传倾注非常高的热忱,不断向内地其他省市推介上海的经验,这也是上海的荣幸。《社会工作》杂志一行来到上海,同时也带来了一个议题:当下专业社工的生存与发展状态。下面有几个小议题:专业社工的幸福和追求、困惑与诉求;理论和政策层面对社工生存状态的解读;从政策供给、自我实现的角度对社工的生存发展进行理想主义设计。欢迎大家交谈时不拘于形式,踊跃发言,发挥我们社工的特长:充分互动,展示自我的想法和风采。
First of all, I welcome the “Social Work” magazine’s visit to Shanghai. Since its publication, Social Work Magazine has devoted a great deal of enthusiasm to the publicity of Shanghai’s social work development and constantly promoted Shanghai’s experience to other provinces and cities in the Mainland. This is also an honor of Shanghai. “Social Work” magazine and his entourage came to Shanghai, but also brought an issue: the current status of the survival and development of professional social workers. Here are a few small issues: the happiness and pursuit of professional social workers, puzzles and aspirations; interpretation of the social workers ’living conditions at the theoretical and policy levels; and the idealistic design of social workers’ survival and development from the perspective of policy supply and self-realization. We welcome everyone to talk informally, take the floor and give full play to the strengths of our social workers: fully interact with each other and show your own thoughts and demeanor.
