“新三板”是经国务院批准设立的全国性证券交易所,继上海证券交易所和深圳证券交易所之后,已成为中国第三大证券交易平台,创办的宗旨是帮助创新型中小企业解决融资难的问题。自从2006年创办以来备受关注,相关法律法规也在不断地完善,目前已经成为了具有相当规模、具有一定流动性的投融资渠道。整体来看,在新三板挂牌的企业和交易总量呈现前低后高、阶梯式增长的特点。2006年到2011年挂牌企业从6家缓慢增长为25家。2012
