目的建立测定蜂胶软胶囊中黄曲霉毒素B1的高效液相色谱-串联质谱法。方法样品经甲醇超声提取,用氰基柱将黄曲霉毒素B1分离,用高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行测定,外标法定量。结果黄曲霉毒素B1标准曲线在0.1~2.0 ng/m L范围内有良好的线性,r>0.9998,回收率为80.1%~87.8%,RSD<3.0%,检出限为1.0μg/kg。结论该方法结果准确可靠,较节省试剂、耗材,节省样品前处理时间,有利于降低检验成本,适用于保健食品蜂胶软胶囊中黄曲霉毒素B1的限量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of aflatoxin B1 in propolis soft capsules by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The sample was extracted by methanol and aflatoxin B1 was separated by cyano-column and determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with external standard method. Results The standard curve of aflatoxin B1 had a good linearity in the range of 0.1-2.0 ng / mL with r> 0.9998. The recovery ranged from 80.1% to 87.8%. The RSD was less than 3.0% and the limit of detection was 1.0 μg / kg. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, saving reagents and consumables, saving sample pretreatment time, reducing the cost of testing, and is suitable for the determination of aflatoxin B1 in health food propolis soft capsules.
