1988年12月17日—19日,由《石油仪器》编辑部主持召开了《石油仪器》第一届通讯员会议。参加会议的有来自各油田、厂矿、院校等十三个单位23名代表,其中有特邀代表5名。这次会议是为了健全通讯员网络,加强编辑部与通讯员之间的联系而召开的。会上就如何提高刊物的质量,办刊水平及稿件的要求进行了充分的讨论。同时还明确了通讯员的职责和权利。与会代表一致表示,决心为把《石油仪器》杂志办成高水平,高质量的刊物
From December 17 to December 19, 1988, the first correspondent meeting of “Petroleum Instruments” was presided over by the editorial department of “Petroleum Instruments”. There were 23 representatives from thirteen units, including oilfields, factories, mines and colleges, among which 5 were specially invited representatives.
